Known for its impressive waterfalls and challenging trekking trails, Montezuma is the perfect place for a day-trip, freshwater adventure.

Nearby you might enjoy a hike at Cabo Blanco's Nature Reserve, one of the few places offering both a wet and a dry tropical forest growing side-by-side. Home to monkeys, iguanas, and countless birds, the reserve provides an excellent opportunity for wildlife viewing and bird-watching.
 

Yoga lessons & Packages

The beginner class series introduces the fundamental principles of alignment, posture and breath work.

Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration.

Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.

Wild life viewing

Costa Rica is considered one of the 25 most bio-diverse countries on the planet.
In this small territory, the Nicoya Peninsula is said to be inhabited by more than 500,000 species, this represents 6% of the world's biodiversity.

The whole Costa Rica is home to more than 200 species of birds, hummingbirds, howler monkeys, etc.

Curu wildlife refuge

Curu Wildlife Refuge is another popular choice for nature lovers staying in the Santa Teresa area. Search for Capuchin and Howler monkeys as you make your way through the coastal forest trails of Curu, observing towering Guanacaste trees and a variety of interesting flora along the way.
